Wife happy with the things you buy for the trailer?

My wife very much appreciates what we buy for the trailer. It is to make things easier and nicer for both of us. She wanted new chairs for the living area, got a couple of nice ones at Costco.. they recline, the old ones rocked and swiveled... I miss the swivel (like to turn chair around in mornings and enjoy view out picture window... Electric tongue jack was intermittent, worked on it several times, she suggested I replace it.
