All three trucks will do the job. I agree with IB..buy the one that fits you better.
Me personally, the Cummins with the CP3 fuel pump would get my money. Especially if I were buying out of warrenty.
I would recommend a truck with enough payload regardless of brand. May be a 2500 or a 3500 depending on configuration.
