You definitely need some light truck tires and fully inflate them. Those are just not going to cut it. Shop carefully and you can probably get off with $8-900. You are really going to have to shave whatever weight you can and I'd not exceed 55mph. That proposing is really hard on your suspension, tires and axle. Upgrading those tires will give you the biggest bang for your buck, performance and safety wise.
