Not oversize at all unless GM has been doing it wrong all these years putting the 265/70/17's on at the factory when you chose the Z71 package. You get the same 17" wheels the 245's come on.
I have no idea what "package" this thing has other than a towing package with tranny cooler and 7-pin connector. Don't even know what you call the color either (but I do like it)! :)
Then you need to take a picture of the label in the glovebox and look up the RPO CODES. It's kinda like playing scratch off Lottery tickets.
