Not really enough information there to have a reliable answer. If those are your only power consumers you will probably be fine, just driving the truck an hour or two a day. You do not mention a heater for the camper itself, this is typically the largest draw especially camping in the mountains.
You may also want to check your charging circuit from the truck: they are usually small wire and do not charge very fast as a consequence. This can be upgraded at modest expense.
I would expect a 50 watt (rated) panel to put something like 10 - 15 amp hours back into the battery if parked in the sun most of the day. The truck could do twice that much in an hour, if the circuit is properly sized.
