Will my load limit handle this

Based on your factory white sticker you have a 145" wheelbase. It is either the supercab with the 2/3 rear doors and a 6' bed OR a supercrew with four full doors and a 5.5' bed based on the wheelbase.
Per the sticker you have 3.55 rear axle. You said you have the towing package. Actual door configuration (stated two different ways in the three threads) and engine are the remaining variables in order to use the Ford 2014 towing capacity chart. 4x4
Supercab 5.0L 6' bed. 7800# max towing 13500#GCWR
Supercrew 5.0L 5.5' bed 7700# max towing 13500#GCWR
Super cab 3.5 6' bed ecoboost 9700# max towing 14,400# GCWR
Supercrew 3.5 5.5' bed 9600# max towing 14,500# GCWR

7350# is your GVWR. When your truck is near its GVWR, after you subtract that from the GCWR (from the last listed) of 14500, that actually leaves you with 7150# of tow capacity left vice the 9600# from the same chart. So the ballpark estimates based on cargo capacity and tongue weights in this and the related threads were close ;)

Knowing all these numbers and the ones on your factory stickers is good but best bet is to take your fully loaded truck to a set of scales to get the true weights being carried so you KNOW your remaining cargo capacity for tongue weight.

Basic figuring with example weights:
Add up weights of passengers 330 pounds
Stuff in bed and interior 250 pounds
Weight Distribution System. 100 pounds
Total of 680 pounds

Payload max minus above 1604-680 = 924 pounds
This is the max tongue weight you can put on your truck
Figuring at 15% tongue weight = 6160 pounds loaded trailer(Not Dry Weight)
Using 12.5% tongue weight, it comes to 7392 pounds loaded

So, you would be looking for a trailer in the 6000 to 7000 pound GVWR area with the above numbers
That is the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, not the Dry Weight

Put your numbers in and see where you are

So with this info when I shop a new unit
What do I look for weight wise this truck will handle as is.

Look carefully at the tires you have on it now, and see what the weight @ tire pressure, is listed to be. You door placard shows that the truck came with Passenger tires originally, If you are in a position to replace them, I would consider a real Light Truck tire, an example being

MICHELIN® AGILIS® CROSSCLIMATE® LT275/65R18/E 123/120R BSW MSPN 57222...........

or the MICHELIN® DEFENDER® LTX® M/S LT275/65R18/E 123/120R BSW MSPN 09200

Be aware the Defender is being discontinued and some sizes are either old stock or in short supply.

Also realize that if the tire does not have LT directly in front of the size, it is NOT a light truck tire. Michelin does make a LTX Defender in this same size, p/n 36986 which is NOT an light truck tire, despite being in the LTX Defender lineup. Look at the max pressure on the sidewall. true LT tires will be 80 psi, others will be lower such as the one above that is 44 psi.

Get tires that are way overrated, you cannot go wrong.

Cool, There should also be a yellow sticker in the door jamb that lists cargo capacity, can you post that picture as well?
