Don't have an answer, but another suggestion that might save some power.
I have been "cold brewing" coffee for the last 6 months or so, and doubt if I will ever go back to a coffee maker...in the camper or at home.
Cold brewed coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. You get kind of a coffee concentrate from the cold brew which you mix 1 part to 3 or 4 parts boiling water....that you can heat in a teapot on the burner.
Ran across the idea when I was searching for a coffee maker to replace my single brew coffee maker that bit the dust.
I have been looking at the Magnum MMS1012 inverter charger. It is not 2000 watt, but looks like a good unit.
Not sure if 2000 watt is too much for just 2 batteries.
