No expert on weight details, but sounds like you are getting close to your limits. Assume you'll be adding bikes and the standard assortment of kid things. Strongly suggest you triple check all your numbers and allow yourself about 1000# of wiggle room. Then if it all lines up, just know you are going to have to be vigilant about tossing in extra stuff. On a longer trip, it'll mean more grocery stops. Likely mean you don't carry fresh water enroute and empty the grey tank before hitting the road every time.
If you're not 100% sure on the things you'll be planning to take along, get out the bathroom scale and start checking. Things weigh more than you expect....ref all the Walmart bags you carry in....weigh the stuff if you have to. Safety is the crucial part. Towing is only part of the equation - stopping is more important.
