Find out the actual weights, and get a truck that comfortably handles those weights with a buffer. I hate the 80% "rule", but that would keep things safe and sane.
And you can take the thousands you saved buying what your trailer, and not your ego needed, and buy a pair of plastic testicles to dangle from your receiver hitch to achieve that macho look that so many confuse as "necessary",
