Very frustrating and I agree...poor quality control.
Was all stuff checked by the dealer before and during your walk-through inspection?..
Also, I have learned from owning 4 new trailers that it's a good idea to use a new unit immediately after picking it up. Storing it and waiting months and months until it's first use is using up valuable warranty time and is asking for trouble. (there is always some issues that need attention on a new rig.)
Anyway, good luck with it. Take picture of everything, document everything and get it back to the dealer asp.
