Its about luck really. The judges are off the street folks so you never know. We do it for the fun of it...its a great reason to stay up all night and drink beers with your buds cooking meat..
The Honda 2000 will run the AC and fridge when you run out of LP. We cooked up about 50 burgers on the Weber. Turns out I'm not good at determining how much fuel is left in the tanks.
