We just got back Sunday from a trip up to the UP of Michigan. We had a great time.

Looks like fun! I've been to the UP just a couple of times. A summer trip on the way home from Montana to Indiana, up to the very tip of the Keweenaw peninsula......a ski trip in high school to Hancock (and skied the Porkies and Mt. Ripley)....and once on a circum-Lake Superior mineral deposits field trip in grad school. I want to go back.....
