We store our fiver in my son's pole barn, going on 16 years now. I even put in a concrete pad for the trailer, 35' by 20'. The rest of the pole barn is a gravel floor, except for the tool room. This inside storage REALLY protects you unit from those harsh winter storms. You will find mice ever ware, so go for that inside storage.
