Winterizing: blow-out vs antifreeze for longer term storage?

Been thinking about your post for a while. Storing the camper for 3 years will take its toll on it. I'm just asking, maybe none of my business, but have you considered just selling the camper and in 3 years get a different or even a new one? Add the cost of storage for 3 years, plus the cost of 3 years of deteriation and the value remaining in the rv, and the 3 years of storage will end up costing you way more than what's left in value in the rv. I'm just asking, not wanting to be mean or anything.
