We went camping this weekend. We needed water with 6 people on board.
I filled the tank. Ran each faucet for about 10-20 seconds until no more pink came out. Done. Took about 5 minutes to clear the lines which includes walking around to each faucet. No smell from the water. I didn't even both re-sanitizing the tank. We have city water here though which has a certain amount of chlorine/bleach in it anyways. We only used the water for dishes and showering, no consumption. Today I will blow the lines and suck antifreeze in again. No big deal.
I did manage to crush my door that was hiding the pump :( I had it taken off from winterizing it and left it off. When I opened the slide it was hiding behind it so I didn't see it. I heard it though. Good thing it's only 1/4" cheap wood and wasn't a real door :)
