Ice floats. 9/10 of an iceberg is above water, so when it thaws, water level will rise.
I think those who comments ted on brittleness of frozen plastic have something. Freezing a half full milk bottle doesn't usually cracking it, but why take a chance with trailer water lines.
No offense here but 90% of icebergs are below the waterline. Ask the Titanic Captain :E .
