The clearance lights should be connected to the taillight circuit in the camper. Some rigs have fuses for different functions in the camper. Look around where the cable enters the rig. Could be in back of a cabinet near the floor.
You are talking the lights around the top of the camper and across the back?
If you are also talking taillights, check under the hood for separate fuses for trailer connector. Those circuits are also used for camper connections on some.
