Kind of a loaded question???
What are you looking for? Are you looking at purchasing one and want to know the good and bad?anutami wrote:

The OP was a one and done poster stiring the pot??? - kerry4951ExplorerAfter looking at some of the pics I am convinced that something is going on at Northwood that needs to be addressed. My AF looks nothing like these photos show. After almost 5 years of use I could not be happier with my Northwood TC. Ive owned 4 RVs and this AF is by far the best in quality build and construction. I never had to repair or replace any cosmetic issue. The only maintenance issue that I had was a small leak at the shower floor drain which was fixed under warranty. Its apparent that QC has declined and it seems to be over the past 2-3 years. Most who seem to be reporting issues have the newer units.

The Adventurer TCs do not have any windows under cabover. My previous 2012 Adventurer 86fb did not have one and also only one window inside the cabover area too.I liked it. Good 4 season TC.
Ours does. - woodhogExplorer
What a mess, there is no excuse for wiring like this, if this is indicative of the rest of the construction, thumbs down on this brand.
This outfit would appear to have no quality control measures at all.
Buyers should look for stuff like this, if you can see this type of workmanship out in the open , what is it like in all the places you can't see on a truck camper? - billyray50ExplorerThe Adventurer TCs do not have any windows under cabover. We just picked up our WC850. Drove in a rainstorm and found water all over the carpet on the step (by the window to the over cap area). We were told it's a common problem for all truck campers though.
No kidding? They actually said that?
Congrats on the new camper :) any pics? I also find that very strange your dealer would tell you that. If that is the case Northwood should put a warning sticker "may leak" on the window. Matt Turly is the warranty guy for Northwood email him and see what he says. matt.turley@northwoodmail.com. Did they offer a fix? I actually removed mine completly and use an inner tube to create a weather tight seal and it provides access for the kids to use the bathroom.
Thanks, Nolan, for the contact info for Matt Turly. And yes, pictures will be up soon. :)
The water leaks we got were actually from the vents on the window frame, not the seal. The seal itself should be fine as far as we can see. We actually emailed MelloMike about this issue while we were still on the road and he told us the leaks were caused by a vacuum inside the camper and can be solved by cracking a vent or window while driving. We haven't tried it yet since the rain stopped.
Wish we didn't have that window at all. We get a lot of rain here on the island and I would hate to have to deal with the issue every time it happens. - anutamiExplorer IIII think the OP is a 1 and done poster, however here are some issues I have experienced for those that are actually interested.
1. Any idea on how to fix this? Iron? This is one of those that just annoys you and I would never consider giving up to a dealer to fix.
There are several areas where the wall paper is starting to peel already.
Above door
Near command center
2. Another issue
Wires in access panel behind wardrobe by bathroom several were frayed, they appear to be grounds though
3.front nose cap puckering: was told by northwood this is not covered warranty and was my fault because I am using a cover and that caused excessive heat to warp the fiberglass.
4.every cushion started to come apart only a few days after taking delivery of my camper. Northwood DID cover this and sent me a whole new set of cushions
Replacements :)
5.caulking: they missed it everywhere! Worst was around sewer dump valve. Drove through rain and flooded basement for 2nd time. there were so many open holes into the coach if I had not re-caulked I would have had many leaks.
6. 1st flooding of basement. Fresh water connections leaked into basement
Stainless steel bands loose
Flooded basement and had to replace insulation
7. Toilet pex line coming through floor not caulking and when rinsing out wet bath water drained into basement for third flooding.
8. Propane gas line behind battery compartment had a screw about 1/16" away from piercing it.
Bottom line: CHECK EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY!
Keep in mind
I love my WC 850 and realize these are man made and no human is perfect. Also, things can loosen up as the camper is being used so constant maintenance is a must. I have no regrets. This is why some people like to buy used as many issues have been taken care of and you save some $$$. Would I do it all over again? Youbetcha :) - joeshmoeExplorerI was told exactly the same about mine at the dealer. He said "Yeah, these windows leak sometimes. "Just seal it up or replace it with a solid pane." Seemed odd. Great. Yet ANOTHER issue that I have to make right. However, it never has leaked heavily.
- PRodacyExplorerNo way are Any leaks "normal". We'd have to submerge ours in a lake before it would leak.

I agree with the others, this is not normal or acceptable.
