Yes, based on photos I've seen. Not sure how much. The Mach 8 cub is 8-1/4" tall leaving the factory TV antenna the tallest thing on the roof. The higher BTU A/C units in the Mach 8 family may also be in the same height range.
If you can find out specific part number info for the factory unit you can check the specs in the technical information section of the Coleman-Mach distributor here.
Understand the factory now offers a low profile unit but not sure of the details.
