Welcome to the forums. You are making a great choice. The WC 850 has been a great, light weight camper for us. To answer your question, I have the dinette and prefer it because of the storage. The roll-over I hear is more comfortable to sleep on, though, so I guess it depends on your priorities. Storage or sleep comfort?
Are you getting a short-bed or long-bed version?
