Wolf Creek Furnace Issues

Anyone have any issues with their furnace stop cycling on? My furnace only cycles on about 5 times and then stops working. The fan that blows air into the basement stays on. I shut the thermostat to off and turn it back on and the process starts all over again. Any ideas? It is about 10 degrees outside and I have my wave 3 going strong and fridge is running off propane.

  • Restriction in your regulator? Try your stove top and see if you can get full flame.
  • shut the t-stat ALL the way to the off position, pull the fuse out, put it back in. Now try it. Worked for me.
  • I think this is my issue

"The limit switch is a simple temperature controlled switch. It's function is to monitor the combustion chamber heat level. If the temperature of the combustion chamber exceeds the preset limit, the switch will open and disrupt the flow of current to the circuit board, in effect, shutting down the main burner. Once the chamber temperature cools sufficiently, the limit switch resets. This initializes the ignition sequence and starts another cycle. This condition is referred to as "limiting"."
