Gotta Haves.
Wheel Chocks, 20-30A adapter, fresh water hose, pressure regulator, Anderson levelers or leveling boards, a small level, water hose and adapter, black tank additive of some sort, brake controller, Weight Distribution Hitch. I also use a block under the jack.
