Carlisle tires are my worst trailer tire nightmare. Over the last ten years I have blown out six of them and ripped up boat trailer fenders. I added a second spare mount to the trailer just so I could carry another needed spare. Once I put on LT tires I never had a problem again with tires. Except three days ago. I was hooking up the boat and checked the psi in all tires. I forgot I still had a Carlisle as a spare. It was covered and in the shade all the time yet when I pulled the cover off I found a blown up tire. It looked kind of like those cartoons that show the muzzle of a gun that has blown up and looks like a tree. As far as I am concerned I will never buy a ST tire again.
