I had water damage in the floor and around the front fold out bed in my 2008 Coyote hybrid. Same as you quotes were way too high. I managed to replace a 4' x 8' section of the floor,removed the whole bed assembly replaced all the wood around it and put it back together myself. It was stressful and hard work but I did it. Got some advise from some carpenter friends and the local RV service guys.Cost me less than a $100. I'm only a little handy , it wasn't as difficult as I thought , Trailer is more solid than new plus I felt great when I was done. Go for it !
