Thanks Ray ! The job was finished a finished a few weeks ago. My wife just didn't take any more pics. It is better than new. During the course of this project I realized there's not much to these trailers. Pretty much stapled together.
The area where the water was coming in could have been and should have been sealed inside the wall. Very simple to do when they were assembling it, surprised when I saw it from inside.
We've been camping a few times since , no problems. I welcome any questions about this project,I wish I could have found more info going in.
