Would I ever be happy towing with a half ton truck

Back story-impulsively purchased a 2006 keystone 26tbl. Loaded weight about 7700 lbs. At that time towing with a 08 Sierra cc. Obviously not enough truck. Purchased a 11 Sierra Denali cc with the 6.2....

One could look at seat belts the same way.



Not really. Seatbelts are required by law. Having more truck than needed is only suggested by the weight police on RV forums.
