would it be worth neutering my F450 from a 4.88 to a 4.10

Sorry for the incomplete info on the truck... I've never posted to a forum before. Its the 2008 F450 6.4 with only 19,100 miles and the dana 110 rear end. After reading all the posts from everyone, we decided to just keep the truck OEM and maintain speeds between 55 & 60 to get the best MPG. Hell, we're never in any hurry when pulling the 5th wheel anyways. I do appreciate every ones input, thanks again
