I suspect if it is marked SALVAGE TITLE you will have a heck of a time getting it insured... Thats alot of money and I would want mine insured...

Don't know about your other question about getting registered etc. Never dealt with a salvaged unit before.

Even if he shows you a clean title I would definitely check his unit TITLE NUMBER with the local DMV and see what the records say about it...
