A 9 or 10 yr old RV is only as good as it was maintained. Forget about book values in units approaching the 10 year mark. For this dealer to post that is an 'elementary lure' to fish in a potential buyer. That $15k amount is totally useless and the dealer knows it.
He will end up selling it to some unsuspecting buyer with little experience.
The trailer may look nice and repaired , but for how long ?
