If I was going to spend $10K on a used trailer, I'd buy a Harbor Freight blower and do my own pressurized leak test to confirm there are no water intrusion spots still existing. The blower, tubing, and cardboard needed to perform the test will be cheaper than having Sealtech do the test.

Search on the Forum for "leak test" and you should pull up the specifics.
