Our 2011 TT was made by Monaco for a Canadian Company. The CC closed, I think the last year for models out was 2012. Anyway, we have called Monaco directly, even as lately as 3 months ago. Even with the Canadian Company going out of business they have helped us and answered every question within a day call back. I just left a message with Monaco to ask about any issues we might have in the future, parts etc. If their customer service is, as it always has been, I will expect a call back within a day.
