My 2017 f350 seems to be running fine but it is only doing a dpf regeneration about every 800 km.... and I'm not even sure it is doing it then. My dpf % full screen has been staying at 0% for over 200...

There's nothing to fix. Your truck is going to the max miles to a forced regen and as a result is using minimal def.
