WOW! CTD Exhaust can scorch grass!
Parked my 2016 CTD on some short grass for about 15 minutes and let it idle. When I pulled away, the grass was scorched and later died. That exhaust gives off some heat!

Hardly a reason to blame GM... Doesn't sound like a responsible pet owner - find out beforehand if pets are allowed. There's always kennels, doggy day care, walkers, or leaving the dog at home?
Way to twist the story. Who cares if he was Michael Vick or a nice old man with a cute pet?
I question the story though, unless the suvs are programmed different than the new pickups. You can idle a new GM pick up, or any other vehicle I've ever been in before, until it runs out of gas.
