Always had great service at Les Schwab. I don't worry about DW going there herself either, just tell her to get mid range tires for her car and that's just what they install. No pressure to upgrade. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but that's what you get when they offer great service.
I still am amazed by how they run out to your car before you even have a chance to get out.
