I agree with the previous poster that said that the service everywhere is just as good as in the local store.
There has to be some sort of Corporate Philosophy that makes that happen...unless of course they've mastered some kind of weird clone thing that means that I've been dealing with exactly the same guy for thirty years and all over the Pacific Northwest!
