Great story, love good customer service. We had a similar experience with our trailer manufacturer, I called to complain about the kitchen tap that was off warranty. The service manager said "we can't have that, go to your nearest RV dealer get is replaced and send us the bill!" One of the reasons we will stick with Northwood. If we ever need something when we're down south we'll check out Les Schwab
