Wow, I just had superior customer service

I agree with "most" of these post about how great LS can be, but it all depends on the management culture of a particular store. The store in Meridian has the WORST reputation of any store in the chain. Just do an internet search for reviews on that store to see what I mean. I lived 1 mile from the store and would not use it, but drove 5 miles to another LS for service. The LS store in McCall is unbelievable when it comes to getting service. If you are a local, no problem and the service is great. If not from the area, take a back seat for both sales and service. I never saw anything like their demeanor, at any other LS store.......
