I once looked at a used TC that was listed "in good condition, just needs a good cleaning". Hmmm, good condition, but it still needs some "cleaning". Oh, well I'll take the bait....
I called and talked with owner and asked if roof had any leaks, "Nope, all solid. Only been used one year and then parked".
Took drive out to see it and the roof vent had been left open/broken/gone/missing!, for all 10 years! Sure the "roof" might have been OK(doubtful) but that gaping 14" x 14" hole in roof sure did ruin the interior LOL. Asking price was$2,700.
