Update. I called SiriusXM and once again landed in another country with a person who does not speak English well enough for me to understand. I insisted on speaking to someone in the US. Got through to a gentleman here. And... described the problem. His response... "what would you like for me to do for you today?" Ummmm....how about helping fix the problem????
The US Customer Service Rep said he had been given no information about what could be causing the problem, nor could he do anything other than try to refresh the radio. Again. He could not give me a number to call... only email corporate headquarters with the problem. I've done that, but don't expect any response.
So. There we are folks. No help from XM. Has anyone had a different experience? Or been able to fix the signal cutting out problem?
