I've not experienced this issue in either of my vehicles. But if it became problematic, I'd cancel XM in a heart beat and let them know why too! If enough people start canceling because of this issue, maybe someone will finally recognize they have a problem. (personally, I have no loyalty, zip, nada, zilch to XM.) Also, if you are having issues, complain to the dealership where you purchased your vehicle from too. Let them know you are unhappy. If enough people start complaining, dealerships will have to start dealing with it too. Dealerships will have more "pull" than any one of us.
