Yearly inspection
Still a newbie. Do you bring your tt in for any kind of annual inspections? BRAKES,PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HOLDING TANKS ETC.....?

I would venture a guess that less than 10 percent of RV owners outside of the mandatory inspection States, have the brakes and bearings checked on an annual basis.
Not only that, but I'll bet very few folks adjust their manual adjust brakes in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule (every three months of use or 3,000 miles).
