If you don't need hook ups, Gros Ventre campground in the Tetons rarely fills up. Also, the Colter Bay campground seldom fills according to the website.
Grow Ventre Campground does have hook ups, but limited first come first serve.
Colter Bay Campground (both the RV and Campground for dry camping) fills up frequently and one of the campgrounds that fill first. Often in late June, most of July and early August.
As an example, Gros Ventre Campground, in Grand Teton National Park, is the largest campground in the park. During the summer of 2015, this campground filled to capacity 21 consecutive days during July. That is amazing considering it's size. The Tetons has almost 2/3rds the amount of the campground spaces (1,200) of it's nearby park, Yellowstone, and it is 1/7th the size. So that should give you a scare for Yellowstone, too.
In 2015 Grand Teton had a record visitation of 4,647,886 visitors to the park. Almost equal to Yellowstone. With even lower gas prices projected for this summer, plus the National Park Service celebrating it's 100th Anniversary and it's ongoing campaign of; "Find your Park" it is expected to be another record year in the parks.
Plan ahead and get there early.
