Not really. My 12' TC has COG behind rear axle and when new truck carries it fine, putting 200 lb of waste water in rear tank makes noticeable handling difference.
Now I rarely drive with waste water, but that happens occasionally.
I am at 70-80% of my rear tires capacity BTW.
