Couple of issues:
- I suspect you will find no engine behind the rear axle and likely not water tanks or other heavy items...it's mostly air back there when going down the road.
- 3 people back there when it's parked...if the trail is a rockin, don't come a knocking.
As far as TC, as long as you aren't wildly off on COG, 6" in front vs 6" in back of the axle...if you notice a difference, it's in your mind.
