Forum Discussion
Been an Rv.net TC forum member since 2002.
Sadly it has succumbed to the Social Media, quick answer and no feedback, as has many of the other forums I belong to. Suzuki Samurai's, Vintage VW, "Thesamba and many others.
One thing for sure, the Converter, battery, heating in winter and many TC issues have been pretty much resolved. Fixing things though is another subject. The RV.net TC forum had a lot of expertise and skill and Ideas that would flow for days and at times over 100 posts on just one subject. Most posts would reach a resolution or conclude with a good ending. Not so with Social Media.
Tech on RV.net was great too. Very spirited at times.
Same kind of Topics but into deeper theory. A combination of TC, Big Rigs, Trailers etc.
The solar evolution, MPPT v/s PWM, Converters. Battery chemistry.
100% do miss those folks that use to participate in discussions.
I remember all of you that have posted here that are the vintage members.

I credit a lot of the other old times for pushing me to lear as much as I have about battery chemistry, charging solar and all that likd of stuff. if it wasn't for the people that posted stuff that didn't sound right to me, I would have never taken the time to do the deep dives and testing into thoes kind of topics.
