Hi Folks,
I'm not usually much of a "joiner", but I've enjoyed reading the truck camper posts and photo's of readers rigs for so long, it's probably time I contribute. Recently, my son purchased a truck camper and it made me realize we are 3rd and 4th generation truck campers! Here is a look at our lineage:
This first photo is of my Grandfather's 1967 Chevy C20 with a Phoenix truck camper on it. He purchased both brand new at the Camping Show at the Hynes Auditorium in Boston. This camper made it's way across the country and all points in between:

This next photo is of my Step-fathers 1964 Jeep Gladiator with an unknown camper on it. I don't remember the brand, but I do remember it was pretty bare bones. This camper was used primarily for surf casting off Race Point on Cape Cod. Can you identify it?

Next is my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a 1987 Sunline Seville on it. I love this camper. It's all original and I'm working hard to make it last a long time.

Lastly, here is my son's 1996 F-250 with a 1989 Hide-Away. It's an older unit, but he's upgraded the interior and serves as a home-away-from-Home when off-roading:

Here is a nice shot of 3rd and 4th generation campers taken on a recent trip to central PA. Nice trip but the roads in PA are HORRIBLE!

Enjoy
