I am a little confused, the furnace is the heater. a picture of what you are talking about might make things more clear.

It should say furnace to basement.

next question is there ducting going anywhere else in the camper?
The gear only has the option to "Follow" when I click on it. I can't find any option to to edit. If you can do it that would be appreciated.
There is no ducting going anywhere else. The furnace is under the wardrobe between the shower and oven and blows through a front grille directly into the living area,.
I haven't looked yet but it appears there is an area below the front of the furnace where I can route some ducting. The furnace has 4 inch outlets on the sides that can be removed to install ducting.
I will pick up the camper tomorrow and take a closer look in the compartment to confirm I can install ducting. I called the factory and they said it was something I can do.
