turned out to be a very nice day! - BedlamModeratorYou picked a nice day to work on these jacks. I took the motorcycle for ride today with temperatures breaking 50 degrees with sun.
- TiziExplorerHere are the new legs installed. The front two(4160) were pretty straight forward. 3 locknuts and 3 washers each. The back two (4560) were a little more challenging since the camper has a bumper attached to the same structure. Each one has the same 3 locknuts and washers and an additional bolt that took a little coaxing to get back in.
The job took about 2 hours total. I took my time. Each motor had to be removed and reinstalled on a new leg. They also had to be adjusted because the internal attachment point between the motor and leg did not line up. The motor would not seat down inside the leg. I adjusted each motor by quickly cycling it (while tilted on top of the leg) until they lined up. Once they lined up, the motor slide into place..
The lower bolt that was a little tricky:

Looks nice. I found a cabinet door company and had 6 various size doors made. I stained and finished and they look great. You have room now but if you removed that 2" blank and horizontal frame, you gain that much more and a door would match the adjacent. That's if....it's finished behind the blank front. I got lucky on mine except for 1.
It's fun to find new storage ideas and you did a nice job.
Thanks. I think my wife is having more fun than me. ;) - mike_kellieExplorer IILooks nice. I found a cabinet door company and had 6 various size doors made. Removing the unit revealed that there was essentially a mass junction box behind it.
So we framed it out with an easily removable back to make wiring accessible.
Wife is happy. We have room for a crock pot, coffee maker, soda machine and juicer.
We have some tension rods on order keep everything in place for travel.
Now, if the rain will quit for a day, the next project is to remove the AC unit and replace with a simple vent... - GCastaExplorer

Installed the Lagun table mount for the dinette table. What a big difference, wish we would have done this sooner as it creates so much additional room.
Do you have photos?
X2. Would be great ro see a few pictures:):) - thedavidzooExplorer IIPut up homemade ply and foam covers for 4 solar panels and heki skylight. We are parked under a large messy tree. So this will hopefully protect from debris and ice falling during the winter.
