Very good point. One which I may not have considered the full magnitude of. But is easily realized once you think about multiple people exiting in a TC at the same time for any reason.
At the end of the day we gonna pay it though if we want to carry the house on the truck!!
there is also the fact they have to stratigicly plan where stuff goes to maintain a spicif center of gravity. for example the one thing I do not like about this camper is that they put the batteries at the front so you have no access when loaded. I am going to cut out the abs battery box since I have LiFePO4 anyways, then I can just unscrew the step into the bed to gain access from inside the camper. it will also let me insualte the harch and have heat to the area so I don't have to worry about cold weather camping.
