101 thru San Francisco?
Just wondering how good the road is thru SF. Have a 40' MH towing a pickup so we don't want to get caught somewhere impossible

101 is a 6 lane road through a city. It is an easy drive. Traffic will depend on the time of day. There is one left turn and all 3 left lanes turn, so no worries about being in the correct lane. Stay in the center lane and you will be fine. There are a few places where it pinches down to 2 lanes in one direction but then opens back up. Look at google maps street view if you want to see the exit ramp and or any other intersection.
